The items not included in the Cottage levy are:

- Telephone & Fibre internet connection (Open Serve infrastructure available)
- DSTV
- Interior maintenance of cottage
- Maintenance of an invertor / solar system / heat pump/ electronic blind
- Over usage of municipality water
- Contribution to the Communal Fund
- CSOS levy
- Any additional care services over and above the clinic / Estate Nurse service
- Treatment rooms – Hair Salon, Beauty Therapist & Physiotherapist (Not CPOA affiliated)
