4 eggs beaten
250ml grated cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
80 ml mayonnaise
1 tin of tuna (flaked)
Cayenne pepper and salt
200ml milk
375ml rice, cooked.

1. Preheat the oven to 190⁰C
2. Mix all the ingredients except the cheese.
3. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
4. Serve with a tossed salad.
